• Operational records: timeline events, notifications, and payment checkpoints.

Data is processed for contract performance, service operations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security. Our services are governed by applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and applicable cross-border requirements for international clients.

VisaZen serves global applicants. Data may be processed in systems or by providers located outside an applicant's country. We use reasonable safeguards and access controls aligned with internationally recognized security practices.

We retain data only as long as operationally or legally required for visa case handling, audit, and dispute management. We apply technical and organizational measures such as authentication controls and restricted access.
