Rules for using VisaZen by individual applicants.
1. Service Nature
VisaZen provides visa application workflow support. We do not guarantee embassy approval outcomes. Final decisions remain with relevant embassies, consulates, or authorities.
2. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Upload lawful, authentic, and authorized documents only.
- Keep account credentials confidential.
- Use the service only for lawful visa-related purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not submit forged records, misuse another person's identity, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform security and availability.
4. Fees and Payment Steps
VisaZen may include manual payment checkpoints and service fee breakdowns. Service actions may be paused until required payment status is confirmed.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, disputes will be handled under competent courts in Bangladesh.
