Agreement
Standardized service agreement for all applicants using the VisaZen platform.
1. Parties and Purpose
This agreement is between the applicant user and Falah Ventures for digital visa processing support, document handling workflow, and communication updates through VisaZen.
2. Service Coverage
- Account onboarding and profile management.
- Country-specific checklist guidance.
- Application workflow, status timeline, and notifications.
- Manual payment and processing checkpoints where applicable.
3. Applicant Responsibilities
The applicant remains responsible for legal eligibility, authenticity of submissions, timely responses to action requests, and compliance with destination-country requirements.
4. Limitation and Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by government actions, third-party institutions, applicant inaccuracies, or events outside reasonable operational control.
5. Corporate Identity
Falah Ventures is a private limited company incorporated in Bangladesh and may serve applicants from multiple jurisdictions under applicable legal and compliance frameworks.
